The property spans two floors. The ground floor features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas that seamlessly lead to a spacious, shaded terrace overlooking the beautiful pool and a garden bursting with colorful flowers.

Upon entering the villa, you’ll find a cozy lounge area to your left and a wooden staircase to your right, leading to the upper floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony, and a terrace. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe, and a makeup mirror. The adjacent bedroom offers a wooden king-size bed, decorative curtains, a wardrobe, and access to an en-suite terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, two wardrobes, and a balcony. Across from this room is a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a washing machine.

All rooms enjoy a sea view. Near the staircase on the ground floor, you’ll find a wardrobe for jackets and shoes, an office corner, and a convenient WC.

The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is directly across from the living room.

The sun-drenched living room features a fireplace for cozy evenings, two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. It offers views of the large terrace, the pool, and the sunbathing area.

The terrace is perfect for relaxing, with a cozy lounge set where you can unwind and sip fresh orange juice while enjoying the sea view.

In front of the terrace, there is a private 40 sq.m. pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, as well as a children’s pool with a Jacuzzi.
